While these materials are a cost-effective additive for many eye pillows, I use organic flax seed exclusively as it has the unique ability to retain moisture when heated and has a small texture profile. This can be particularly beneficial for heat therapy as it helps prevent the skin from becoming overly dry during prolonged use. Outer fabric shell is organic cotton, and is generously sized at 9"x4". Pack weighs approximately 9 ounces when filled. Spot clean only.
